Fast and easy, we bake them all at once, divide them into three batches and toss them in three different sauces and serve with an even faster and easy homemade blue cheese dip.
Instructions Cut 6 pounds of fresh or defosted wings in half if they are whole. Spread evenly on three separate baking trays. Toss wings in canola oil to coat them. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake wings for 35-40 minutes. Prep sauces and dips (see BeeRaw.com for recipes). Remove one tray at a time and coat using the first bowl of sauce. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove one tray at a time and coat using second bowl of sauce. Place all wings on serving tray(s).
