Maine Wild Raspberry Honey and Papua New Guinea Dark Chocolate
While light and floral, our Wild Raspberry Raw Honey also has a natural whisper of cocoa butter. This honey provides the perfect feminine counterpoint to the bold Papua New Guinea dark chocolate with notes of hickory smoked bacon and aged scotch. The combination is incendiary, creating an explosion of raspberry at the finish.
